You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information including your business name, email address, and ABN (where applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
• One account per business entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Multi Cart Pro offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous goods without proper declaration.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party carriers and e-commerce platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

Carrier rates, transit times, and service availability displayed in the Service are provided for informational purposes and may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy of carrier-provided data.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are owned by Multi Cart Pro Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi Cart Pro Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
