Shipping & Order Data

Shipment details, recipient addresses, package dimensions, carrier selections, tracking events, and delivery confirmations.

Payment Information

Billing address and payment method details. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

Usage Data

Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process shipments and communicate tracking updates to you and your customers.

  • Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Your data is stored on servers located in Australia and the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
